STANDARD DEBRIEF ITEMS: LAST FLIGHT LEG  (15Feb 2022):
On Tuesday, the 17th of May, we had our Annual Golf Outing at Locust Hills GC in Springfield. After 18 holes of golf in GREAT weather, we and had a wonderful pork and chicken dinner meal. Joining us for dinner was ROTC cadet and our Egan Scholarship winner Curtis Mackey who we found out just received notice that he will be attending UPT at the completion of his senior year. Congratulations, Curtis! We then held a short business meeting, followed by the golf awards. The winning team was made up of Jim Verstreate, Ovidio Pugnale and Dave Mackey (Curtis’s dad and a JROTC instructor at Beavercreek High School). He is now known officially as Dave “Ringer” Mackey!  Closest to the pin for the women was won by Liane Green and the men’s closest to the pin was won by Dion Makris (an investigation of his handicap has already started). The last place team will not be named here (to protect the guilty) but was presented with airline bottles of Jack Daniels should’a done it before the golf). A great time was had by all, and thanks go out to the great staff at Locust Hills!
